Accommodation Ratings
in Samoa |
To help potential visitors online with their choice of
accommodation, Samoalive is providing the description of the
facilities and services offered by each accommodation in the
following classifications used by the Samoan Visitors Bureau.

Beach Fale (Savaii
and Manono)
Camping
sites
Definitions of above categories are based on those used by the
Samoa Visitors Bureau
| Rating of
Facilites and Service
|
Following regular requests for our advice on accommodation
arrangements in Samoa, Samoalive will be running its own independent
rating
service to help visitors in making their choice of accommodation in
Samoa.
As a start the rating will be based on the 1998 rating by the
Samoa Visitors Bureau. We will provide a assessment of the facilities
in each hotel/motel with the following grading:
A: High standards of the
facility and service in the category
B: Above average standard of facility and service
C: Meets minimum requirements of the facility and
service in the category
Every 12 months, Samoalive will be reviewing
the rating of each facility and its Advisory Board will determine the classification of
accommodation in Samoa for its site visitors. To help the owners and
operators of the facilities, the guidelines for the assessment of
the ratings will be made available to each facility being rated.

Ratings and Comments By Guests and Visitors |
To
assist with overall rating physical facilities and services
available there will
be a rating of the web site and services for each hotel/resort/motel.
Questionnaires for each facility to get
feedback from the guests will also be
available in the future.

visitors
to help them make decisions on the best option to go for
looking for accommodation
