Orange Passion Fruit - Ade

1 cup fresh passionfruit juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
2 cups water or soda water
syrup to taste
Ice
Orange slices
Mix fruit juices together and add syrup to taste. The amount of
syrup you
need will depend on the passionfruit flavour. Tropical fruits are generally
more tart than temperate kinds. Add cold water or soda water, serve in long
glasses garnished with a slice of orange.
Makes 4-5 large glasses
Pineapple Lemon Juice

8 cups tea
1 cup lemon juice
4 cups lemon juice (unsweetened)
1 cup syrup
1 sliced lemon or lime
4 slices pineapple cut into wedges
4 mint sprigs
Ice
Large bottle ginger ale
Put tea, lemon juice, pineapple juice and syrup in a jug and
chill well. Serve
in a punch bowl with plenty of ice, slices of lemon, pineapple pieces and
sprigs of mint. Leave covered for an hour or so to allow flavours to develop.
Add chilled ginger ale just before serving.
Note: If sweetened pineapple juice is used omit syrup and add an extra cup of
juice. Make about 30 punch glasses.

Pour all ingredients into shaker, shake, then pour into serving
glass.

5 ml Grenadine
Chilled Lemonade
Ice
Pour juice, egg white and grendine into shaker, shake, then strain into
serving glass. Top with lemonade, pouring slowly.

Garnish: Lemon Slice And Cherry

Small slice Honey-Dew Melon
Small Slice Rockmelon

Pour all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, pour into serving
glass.
Glass:285 ml highball.

Pour lime juice and bitters, one after the other, over ice in
serving glass.
Top with lemonade.
