Aeau Semi Epati
A NZ educated lawyer (Otago andVictoria).Worked at the Attorney General's Office before starting private practice in Samoa.
Left for NZ where is till residing .Has set up a successful law practice in Auckland. He has worked for the Niue Government at one stage of his career. He is a witty and sharp lawyer who can charm with his wide repertoire of jokes. An accomplished musician  from a very musically talented family. His Aeau title is from the village of Falealupo,Savaii.


Toleafoa Solomona Toailoa
A NZ educated lawyer.
Started work at the Bank of Western Samoa and then the Labour Department before taking up a law degree. Worked for the Niue Government and then at the Attorney General's Office in Samoa after graduation.. Before setting up his private law practice he held the position of Public Trustee. A witty person who has established a high profile in the court cases in a short period of time since he started his law office.

Brenda Heather
A NZ born Samoan who became the first woman to hold the post of Attorney General in Samoa. Has had an outstanding academic and working career in NZ before being recruited to the Attorney General's Office under the NZODA programme. A witty and sharp mind with attention to detail. Has earned respect in the community for her independence in her legal advice to Government on a number of sensitive issues. Her late father was an accomplished musician in NZ during the 60s and 70s.

George Latu
A NZ educated lawyer. Also a well known former Manu Samoa prop forward in the early 1990s.
Has been working at the Attorney General's Office since he graduation. An experienced and court lawyer who has been involved in a number of major civil and criminal cases. A calm and  quiet  person who is highly respected by his professional colleagues.

A prominent NZ lawyer assisting the Attorney General's team for the case. Kieran Raftery, a partner in the law firm of Meredith Connell & Co., who are Crown Solicitors for Auckland

Hon Tuala Sale Tagaloa
A NZ educated lawyer who was the Secretary of the Justice Department before running successfully in the last Parliamentary general elections to represent his constituency of Anoamaa West. Currently the Minister of Lands and Environment and also chairs the Land Board, Samoa Land Corp Board and the Samoa Visitors Bureau Board. An accomplished orator and has impressive organisational skills. Hon Tuala Sale Tagaloa and the late Luagalau Levaula Kamu were the new first term ministers brought into  Cabinet by the late Hon Dr Tofilau Eti Alesana after the last Parliamentary general elections.
